1. About Inspire
These terms and conditions apply to all nail services provided by Rachel White at Inspire. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.
2. Booking and Appointments
Bookings are automatically confirmed through our system. However, we reserve the right to decline any booking that doesn't fit our policies or schedule.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you're running late, please let us know as soon as possible. We may need to shorten your treatment time to avoid delays for other clients.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
You must give at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in a charge or affect your ability to book future appointments.
No-shows will be noted and may impact future bookings.
4. Payment
Payment is due at the end of your appointment.
We accept cash, card, and bank transfer.
Prices are clearly displayed and agreed upon at booking.
5. Service Policy
Please note that we do not remove nail products (gel, acrylic, etc.) that were not applied by us. If you need removal of products applied elsewhere, please book a separate removal service or visit your original technician.
All nail services are performed to professional standards using quality products.
6. Refunds
We do not offer refunds for completed services.
If you have any concerns about your nails, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment so we can address the issue.
7. Health and Safety
Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or medications that might affect your nail service.
We maintain high hygiene standards and use sanitised tools for each client.
8. Your Information
We only collect and use your personal information for booking purposes.
Your contact details are kept secure and will not be shared with third parties.
We may send appointment reminders and confirmations to the contact details you provide.
9. Liability
We take all reasonable care during treatments but cannot be held responsible for any reactions or issues arising from pre-existing conditions not disclosed to us.
Please follow all aftercare advice provided to maintain your nails in the best condition.
